Phone Numbers

When you need to speak to someone urgently about your mental health but it might be the evening or weekend when the GP surgery is closed, phone 111 and press option 2.

For any help when your safety might be at risk and waiting for 111 might not be quick enough, phone 999 as that’s an emergency or try to get to a place of safety such as a hospital. Hopefully it’ll never come to that, but you’ll know what to do in case it ever happens.
